Semi Private Personal Training - $50/ Session
This is a Semi-private Personal Training session! In groups of no more than 4 per session, I customize workouts built for you as an individual with the bonus of community and affordability. Create a community centered around wellness while still getting all of the benefits and uniqueness of Personal Training.
This option is best for the individual who is experienced in strength training and is comfortable with lifts such as the deadlift and squat.
Personal Training -
$110 / Session
As a functional strength coach specializing in Corrective Exercise this option is best for the individual who has,
1. Never strength trained before using heavy barbells, kettlebells, or dumbbells and/or is not experienced with lifts such as the barbell deadlift, barbell squat, or bench press
2. Has a special consideration such as a past injury, current injury, etc.
I specialize in corrective exercise and strength training to rehabilitate low back pain, Spinal cord injury, knee pain/injury, and shoulder rehabilitation.
